If they have had diarrhea within the past two weeks, do not bring them to the pool. In the case that we recognize that you our your child are visibly ill we reserve the right to deny entry. If you are unsure if your child should attend please consult your doctor prior to attending.
Do I need to accompany my child?
In some lessons, a guardian or caregiver is required to be in the water. Having an adult present provides comfort to the child, helps build trust, and strengthens the bond between them. Additionally, we educate caregivers on essential water safety practices, empowering them to support their child’s continued comfort and development in the water. For older age groups, an adult’s presence is still required but does not necessitate being in the water.

What if I miss multiple lessons in a session? Is there make-up option?
Here’s how makeup tokens work: after you miss a class, simply send us an email, and we’ll add a makeup token to your portal.
Please keep the following in mind:
You can receive one makeup token per month.
Tokens don’t expire but cannot be reused if you miss a makeup class.
You must be currently enrolled to use them, and their availability is subject to open spots.
Makeup tokens cannot be applied the first week of a new session
Private lessons cannot be made up but can receive a group lesson makeup token.
A makeup token cannot be applied to a private slot. They are for group lessons only.
After a session is over you cannot request a makeup token for missed lessons in that session
It does not matter if the system says it is not excused, as long as the class is not attended we can place a token on the portal
If there are no makeup options available at your location you can attend at other locations. We cannot guarantee an option at your specific location.

WHAT CLASS DO I ENROLL MY CHILD IN/CAN I ENROLL THEM IN AN OLDER AGE GROUP?
Our classes are carefully divided by age groups, as we are an age-based program that prioritizes each child's individual swim ability and comfort within their age range. Placement in an older age group does not necessarily mean more advanced instruction, as this structure is designed to support each child’s mental and physical development.
Our program focuses on teaching swimming and water safety through repetition and consistent practice. As your child masters each skill, builds muscle memory, increases endurance, and gains confidence, we introduce progressively more challenging exercises to support their growth.
